Data we collect
- From the contact form: first name, last name, email address and, if you add it, the text of your request.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time, and where the visit came from.
- Your cookie choice, saved in the browser.
Why we use it
To answer requests. Form data is used to reply to questions or consultation requests. The form sends it to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers it by email to the controller and uses Google reCAPTCHA to filter spam. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
To run and protect the site. The site is hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. The server keeps technical logs needed for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
To display typefaces. Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) and Adobe Fonts may receive your IP address in order to deliver the typefaces used on the pages. Legal basis: legitimate interest in presenting the site.
To measure visits. Only if you press Accept, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited for anonymous statistics. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing the saved choice in your browser, as described in the Cookie Policy.
To book a meeting. The Book button opens Calendly, an external site. From that point, Calendly’s own notice applies.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a relationship follows, for as long as the law requires. Technical logs are kept for as long as needed to secure the site. Cookie durations are in the Cookie Policy. Your consent choice stays in the browser until you delete it.
Who receives the data
Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting in Germany), Google Ireland Limited (typefaces, reCAPTCHA and, with consent, visit statistics), Adobe (typefaces), and FormSubmit (form delivery) may process it on our behalf. You can ask the controller for the current list of processors.
Transfers
Hosting stays in Germany. Some other providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, the transfer uses a safeguard required by the Regulation, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability, and you can withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante (garanteprivacy.it).

Changes
This page can be updated. The date below is the latest change. If a change affects a processing activity based on consent, consent is asked again when that is required.
